1. The system design of CSEDL is perfect, especially sharing teachers and renting instruments which can reduce the pay for learning the violin and greatly increase the number of kids who learn music.

2. The characteristic of string ensemble teaching method is to inspire the students to learn under the condition of group learning. Kids can play music and learn together which reduce nervousness. Besides, they will have the chance to cooperate with different instruments, so that the effect of learning will be increased.
3. Let the students have chances to perform instruments and show their learning result. It will increase the achievement of learning. So CSEDL and all school string ensembles will hold more activities of performance for kids in holidays, festivals, or activities of the county, towns or schools.
4. After the children have practiced for a period, the difference between their levels may become larger. Then the high-level students will ask to learn individually. Besides, practice of music sense play an important role in learning music, so CSEDL has a plan of individual private course, too.
5. CSEDL is very serious about training teachers for keeping the quality of teaching. CSEDL holds a teacher-selection test every February and July. The teachers who pass the test need to participate a 24-classes of each professional-teacher training lectured by some excellent internal scholars of string education and music education.

To recruit and train up excellent teachers are the foundation of CSEDL's success.

1. Keep to train more teachers
   The founder and Supervisor Ms. Chen have said that the insufficient number of the teachers is the biggest challenge of the development of CSEDL. There are so many school string ensembles that the teachers can't afford the courses. So training more good teachers with professional courses is the key point to keep the development of CSEDL.
2. Combine the string ensembles with other instruments
   A string ensemble can be added with other instruments to make an orchestra. At present, CSEDL is planning to organize another league-a flute ensemble league. In the future, a string ensemble and a flute ensemble will combine into an orchestra.
3. We hope to push CSEDL to all other counties and towns
   The development model of CSESL is very successful. If we push this successful experience to all other counties and towns, encourage more kids to learn music and fuse music and our lives together, we shall make the society more peaceful.

"Einstein's mother loved music and Einstein was influenced by it deeply. He learnt the violin since 5 years old and he felt it's very hard until he found Mozart's sonata at the age of thirteen. Thereafter, the violin became his life-mate. He thought Mozart's music was pure and perfect, and it seemed to exist in the universe to be discovered by Mozart, just like his Theory of Relativity.
