Dr. Yang Dao-Bin, the founder of CSEDL told us how to make the ideal come true.

Dr.Yang says a good student may be not a teacher, because performing and teaching are different. A teacher can not teach well without enthusiasm. After the teachers were selected, they must attend a 24 courses of each professional training process by Dr. Yang and scholars who do well in music education field to be a formal teacher. Besides, graduating from music department of college and majoring in string instruments are the criteria of being selected as our teacher.

Although the number of teachers of CSEDL is always not enough, CSEDL does not especially recruit teachers. CSEDL will improve its working environment to attract more teachers. CSEDL is striving for providing the best working environment for music teachers, to let great music teachers from nation-wide come for its reputation.

Dr. Yang acts like a teachers as well as a friend to the working partners.

Next, Dr. Yang says that CSEDL 's next plan is to organize a flute ensemble league, and help schools organize their flute ensembles. A flute ensemble adopts similar way with a string ensemble. There is another organization functioning. In the future, the 3 organizations will be combined into an orchestra. The flute ensemble will recruit 5th graders, because a flute is too long for kids under the 5th grade. Unlike the violin, which has miniatures of itself, there is no variety for the flute's size. Dr. Yang hopes that 1 day, every school can let its orchestra perform the national song in the morning rally for 1 day per week.

CSEDL 's ideal is to popularize music education and hope music become a part of kids' life and hope kids bring music ability with themselves. CSEDL will make Changhua County a place where the density of violin learner is the highest of the world. All kids of CSEDL will be a family. Even kids from different schools meet; they still can play music together.

In the end, Dr. Yang talks about the cause of CSEDL's success. CSEDL is formed by educators who have a common goal. It does not take profit-making as its goal. The most important cause is that all the members have a common goal. All members strive for the same goal, so they have made a great achievement. Ms. Lu Si-Ying is the 1st teacher of CSEDL. In the initial plan-designing, Dr. Yang told her they would keep working to hold a thousand-people ensemble in the 2nd year, and Ms. Lu thought it was impossible. But they really achieved it! The present situation is very near Dr. Yang's ideal. The educators of CSEDL have achieved the goal they initially bore.
