| Principals Organization |
- The principals organization of CSEDL has a chairman and a vice- chairman. The committee members are all the principals.

The principals support CSEDL's activities. |
The executive officer of each school ensemble is served by an office-director or teacher of the school, responsible for the affairs between CSEDL and the school.
- The first chairman of SCEDL was Principal Yen Shi-Chen of Nan-Guo Elementary School, and the vice-chairman was Principal Xu Mu-Cun of She-Tou Elementary School. The 2nd chairman election was accomplished on Jul.27, 2005. The chairman of SCEDL was Principal Hong Wen-Li of Nan-Xin Elementary School, and the vice-chairman was Principal Song Ming-Quan of Cun-Shang Elementary School.

| Parents Organization |
- The parents organization is in charge of CSEDL's daily affairs. So the school won't be born more work.
- Each school has a parents organization of CSEDL. Each organization elects 1 administration director and 2 general-affairs supervisors. Now, Changhua County has 85 ensembles, and 255 parent-cadres in charge of the ensembles'affairs.
- Because of more and more ensembles, now Changhua County is divided into 6 areas, including the north-1st area, the north-2nd area, the north-3rd area, the south-1st area, the south-2nd area, and the south-3rd area. Each area elects an area-director.

- In addition, CSEDL elects the administration director and the general-affairs chief. The administration director of 2005 was Ms. Chen Shin-Jen of Nan-Guo Elementary School, the vice-administration director was Ms. Shi Cui-Dai of Hu-Dong Elementary School, and and the general-affairs chief was Ms. Yu Ming-Xiu of Nan-Guo Elementary School.

| Teachers Organization |

The teachers organization is formed by all the teachers of all the ensembles. At present, there are 22 members. They all graduated from music department of colleges, majoring in cello, viola, and violin. They are all engaged and trained by Dr.Yang Dou-Bin.
- The teachers' main work is teaching string, editing teaching text, and doing circuit performance.

- Administration Organization's main work includes planning and managing the league's affairs, holding meetings, spreading teaching text, fixing violins, and building the website of CSEDL.
